Superior Customer Service is the goal that PENS and STUFF strives to meet. To that end, PENS and STUFF provides a 90 day warranty to the original purchaser on all pens, pencils, detachable key rings, and bottle stoppers.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase of your pen, pencil, detachable key ring, or bottle stopper, you may return it within the warranty period, at your expense, for a full refund (less any charges to ship the product to you) or exchange on any equally priced item. Should there be a failure of the mechanism or workmanship due to normal use*, PENS and STUFF, at our discretion, will repair or replace with a like item.

*Please note that items covered under this warranty are to be used only for the purpose intended.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Use of any item for any purpose other than its intended purpose or altered in any way, normal wear and tear that occurs during use and any shipping charges*. Also excluded from this warranty are ink cartridges, leads and erasers. PENS and STUFF will not be responsible for direct or consequential damages to persons, property or materials since PENS and STUFF does not have any control of how our products are used.

*Shipping charges

This warranty does not cover reimbursement of charges that you pay to ship any item from PENS and STUFF to you or charges that you incurred to return any item to PENS and STUFF for repair or replacement.
